Terms & Conditions

  • Minimum age for booking is strictly 25 years old, we need a copy of your ID and if it is produced and you are found to be under age you will loose your payment in full.
  • Check in is from 3pm onwards and check out is no later than 10am. Check in will not be possible until you have paid your accommodation, damages deposit and photographic ID.
  • We don’t allow smoking in our apartment and may withhold deposit if smoking occurs, this includes smoking out windows or on balconies and on the communal terrace as this may upset fellow guests. There is a designated smoking area at the main entrance to the building.
  • Partying at this property is not permitted and excess noise between the hours of 10pm and 8 am is not tolerated and will also result your security deposit been withheld and possible removal from the premises We have sound monitors installed on the premises which alert us to any excess noise.
  • We do not accept liability for any personal injury at our property. Also we are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items at our property during your stay.
  • When leaving the apartment doors must be locked, windows closed and any electrical appliances (including heating) must be turned off.
  • We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible in order to minimise damage and associated costs. Lost keys or access fobs will incur a replacement charge per key / fob lost.
  • Any lost property, if discovered and found, left behind by guests during a stay will be held for a period of 1 month. While we will make our best efforts to reunite lost property with their owners we accept no responsibility in replacing lost items and encourage guests to ensure they have all their belongings before checking-out. We may offer to post lost items via recorded delivery at the cost of the property owner, otherwise collection can be arranged.
  • We do not accept pets throughout the accommodation, except for service dogs.
